By accessing Clashboard.gg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Clashboard is owned and operated by McKittrick LLC.

Description of the Service

Clashboard is an informational dashboard for viewing and analyzing Clash of Clans and Clash Royale clan, player, war, donation, trophy, and related game statistics. We do not operate the games, host game services, offer user accounts, or process payments.

Supercell Data and Disclaimer

Game information comes from the official Supercell Clash of Clans API and Clash Royale API. API data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or changed by its provider. We do not guarantee that any statistic, ranking, war status, or historical record is accurate or current.

Acceptable Use

You may use Clashboard for lawful informational purposes. You may not disrupt or overload the site, bypass security or access restrictions, scrape the site in a manner that harms the service, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent data as official, or use Clashboard to violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

Clashboard's original software, design, branding, and text belong to McKittrick LLC or its licensors. Supercell, Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, and associated names, marks, art, and game data belong to Supercell or their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Third-Party Services

Clashboard uses and may link to third-party data providers and websites. We do not host or control those services, and their own terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for their availability, content, actions, or data practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Clashboard is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the service or its data will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for clan-management decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, McKittrick LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost opportunities, or other losses resulting from use of or reliance on Clashboard or third-party data.

Children's Use and Changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
